Keep your canned responses safe when reorganizing your support team
If you have canned responses assigned to some operator or department, they can be lost when you delete this operator / department. To prevent this, we implemented an additional check and now you can reassign responses to some other operator or department, or even to the whole company when removing operators / departments. No response will be ever lost!

- Click "Pay with Bitcoins"

Drag-and-drop added to manage operators, departments, fields and canned responses
Rearranging canned responses, operators, departments, Pre-chat and Offline forms' fields got easier. Just click on the item and drag it keeping the mouse button pressed. Release the button to drop the item.
